You may return unopened New/Sealed products sold and fulfilled by Total Play within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The receiver is responsible for return shipping unless the error is our error, (receiving an incorrect item) we will cover the the return shipping costs.
On Trading Card Singles, due to the nature of our pricing being tied to the market value and it ever changing, we cannot offer any refunds/returns once the product has left the store. However, if the Single(s) received does not match the quality shown in our grading guide, we will ask for photo confirmation. Once confirmed we will either refund the difference in value based on conditioning, or return the Single for a full refund.
On Used Video Games and Video Game Consoles in-store purchases, if the Product(s) is found to be in non-working once leaving the store, we will re-test it. If found non-working we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a full refund.
Any refund issued online will take 3-5 business days to be processed and returned to the client's credit card (1-2 business days for orders made through PayPal).
